Privacy Policy

SAVAGESIMPLICITY, UNIPESSOAL LDA (NIPC 519393520), Rua Paul Harris, 11, 8.º A, 1600-251 Lisboa, Portugal, is responsible for your personal information. Contact: hello@pawonink.com. As a company based in the European Union, we follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for every customer.

• When you order: name, shipping address, email, phone number (if you provide it) and the products you bought.
• Payment details are entered directly on Stripe's secure page — we never see or store your card details.
• When you email us: your email address and message.
• When you ask to be told when the shop opens: your email address and the page you signed up on.
• When you browse: IP address and technical logs kept by our hosting provider. We use your approximate country (from the IP address) only to tell you whether we ship to you.

• To process, produce, deliver and support your order.
• To meet legal obligations, such as invoicing and tax records.
• To keep the shop secure and prevent fraud.
• To send you one email when the shop opens, if you asked for it.

We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising, and we do not send marketing emails without your consent.

Only the service providers needed to run the shop, under data processing agreements:

• Stripe — payments.
• Gelato and its US print partners and carriers — producing and delivering your order (name, address, email, phone).
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Resend — sending emails such as order notifications.

We only use what the shop needs to work:

• NEXT_COUNTRY — your approximate country, to show a notice if we don't ship there (30 days).
• Your browser's local storage — the contents of your cart.

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Stripe sets its own cookies on its payment page to prevent fraud.

Do Not Track: we do not track you across other websites and do not allow third parties to do so on our site, so our site works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

• Order and invoicing data: 10 years, as required by tax law.
• Emails with us: up to 3 years after our last contact.
• Opening sign-ups: until we send the opening email, then deleted.
• Technical logs: for the short periods set by our hosting provider.

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to stop processing it, by writing to hello@pawonink.com. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).

We may update this policy. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
