We ship to addresses in the United States only — for now.

Every print is made to order by a production partner in the United States, as close to your address as possible. Less time in transit, faster delivery.

Production takes a few business days, then your order ships. Delivery usually takes 5 to 10 business days in total.

Shipping is free on every order within the United States — the price you see is the price you pay.

Posters ship rolled in a sturdy tube. Posters with hangers ship the same way, with the wooden bars in the same package: they clip onto the print in seconds. Let a poster rest flat for a day or two after unrolling. Framed prints arrive ready to hang, already mounted in the frame, in a protective box.

If something arrives damaged or with a printing defect, email hello@pawonink.com within 30 days with a photo of the print and the packaging. We'll reprint it or refund you — free of charge, no need to send it back.

Because each print is made to order just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Full details are in our terms of sale.
