Terms of Sale

These terms apply to all purchases on pawonink.com from SAVAGESIMPLICITY, UNIPESSOAL LDA (NIPC 519393520), Rua Paul Harris, 11, 8.º A, 1600-251 Lisboa, Portugal, email hello@pawonink.com ("PawOnInk", "we"). By placing an order you accept them.

We currently accept orders for delivery within the United States only.

We sell original illustrations printed as posters, posters with wooden hangers and framed posters, on 200 gsm premium matte paper. Every item is printed to order in the United States by our production partner (Gelato).

Colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen, depending on your display.

Prices are in US dollars and include free shipping within the United States. The total you pay is always shown on the payment page before you confirm.

We do not currently charge sales tax. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Your order is confirmed when your payment goes through, and you'll receive a confirmation by email. If we can't fulfill an order (for example, because of an obvious pricing error or a production problem), we'll let you know and refund you in full.

Each item is made to order and shipped to the address you provide. Delivery usually takes 5 to 10 business days in total, as shown on the product page and at checkout. Posters and posters with hangers ship rolled in a sturdy tube (the hanger bars in the same package, to clip onto the print); framed prints ship ready to hang, already mounted in the frame, in a protective box.

If we can't ship within the time we stated — or within 30 days if no time was stated — we'll email you and you may cancel for a full refund.

Because every print is made to order just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size or wrong choice. Please check your order before paying.

If an item arrives damaged or with a printing defect, email us at hello@pawonink.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging. We'll reprint it or refund you, at no cost to you — no need to send it back.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.

All illustrations and texts belong to PawOnInk. Buying a print lets you display it privately; it does not allow reproducing the design or using it commercially.
