The truth behind the poster

“Three socks removed. Still at large.”
Labradors were bred to carry things in their mouths, gently and proudly, all day long. Socks are soft, they smell of you, and taking one starts a game of chase every time. Three is a conservative count. And yes, vets do pull socks out of Labradors: if one goes missing for good, call yours.
