The truth behind the poster
- “It came. It saw. It covered the couch.”
- Golden Retrievers have a double coat: a dense, soft undercoat for warmth under a longer water-repellent top coat. They shed a little every day and a lot twice a year, in spring and fall, when the undercoat comes out in clumps. Brushing a few times a week (daily in shedding season) catches most of it before it reaches the couch.
